Wastewater Enterprise definition

Wastewater Enterprise means the wastewater system of the District, including but not limited to all facilities, properties and improvements at any time owned or operated by the District for the collection and conveyance of wastewater from residents served thereby, and any necessary lands, rights, entitlements and other property useful in connection therewith, together with all extensions thereof and improvements thereto hereafter acquired, constructed or installed by the District.
Wastewater Enterprise means the entire wastewater collection, treatment and disposal system owned or operated by the District, including but not limited to all facilities, properties and improvements at any time owned or operated by the District for the collection, treatment and disposal of wastewater within the service area of the District, together with any necessary lands, rights, entitlements and other property useful in connection therewith, together with all extensions thereof and improvements thereto hereafter acquired, constructed or installed by the District.
Wastewater Enterprise means, collectively, the entire wastewater collection, treatment and disposal system owned or operated by the District, including, but not limited to, any and all properties and assets, real and personal, tangible and intangible, of the District, now or hereafter existing, used or pertaining to the collection, disposal or reuse of wastewater, including sewage treatment plants, outfall, force mains, pumping stations, ejector stations, pipes, valves, machinery and all other appurtenances necessary, useful or convenient for the collection, treatment, purification or disposal of sewage, and any necessary lands, rights of way and other real or personal property useful in connection therewith, and all additions, extensions, expansions, improvements and betterments thereto and equippings thereof.
