Water conveyance facility definition
Water conveyance facility means a ditch, canal, flume, pipeline, or other watercourse used to convey water used for irrigation or storm water drainage and any related easement for the ditch, canal, flume, pipeline, or other watercourse.
Water conveyance facility means the same as that term is defined in Section 73-1-15.5.
Water conveyance facility means a water conveyance defined in Section 57-13a-101.
