Water Pipeline definition

Water Pipeline means all or a portion of a waterworks, distribution system or extended network of pipes that:
Water Pipeline means the treated water transmission line along Highway 290 that will serve the Customers in western Travis and northern Hays counties to the extent such service is the recharge and contributing zones of the Barton Springs segment of the Edwards Aquifer.
Water Pipeline means the proposed water pipeline being a 100mm diameter polyethylene pipe which is to be buried a minimum of 900mm under the ground as depicted in Schedule 3.
