Wasteload allocation or "wasteload" or "WLA" means the portion of a receiving surface water's loading or assimilative capacity allocated to one of its existing or future point sources of pollution. WLAs are a type of water quality-based effluent limitation.

WPDES permit means the Wisconsin pollutant dis- charge elimination system permit issued by the department under ch. 283, Stats., for the discharge of pollutants.
Occupation Permit means a temporary or permanent occupation permit issued by the Building Authority in relation to the Development or any part thereof;
Title V operating permit means a permit issued under Chapter 3745-77 of the Administrative Code.

Gas Supply Deficiency means any occurrence relating to Sellers gas supply which causes Seller to deliver less than the total requirements of its system, including failures of suppliers to deliver gas for any reason, requirement of gas for system storage, conservation of gas for future delivery, or any other occurrence which is not enumerated herein which affects Sellers gas supply.
Planned Financed Generation Capacity Resource means a Planned Generation Capacity Resource that, prior to August 7, 2015, has an effective Interconnection Service Agreement and has submitted to the Office of the Interconnection the appropriate certification attesting achievement of Financial Close.
Required Allocations means (a) any limitation imposed on any allocation of Net Losses or Net Termination Losses under Section 6.1(b) or 6.1(c)(ii) and (b) any allocation of an item of income, gain, loss or deduction pursuant to Section 6.1(d)(i), 6.1(d)(ii), 6.1(d)(iv), 6.1(d)(vii) or 6.1(d)(ix).
Non-permitted Foreign Holder As defined in Section 3.03(f).

Residual disinfectant concentration (“C” in CT cal- culations) means the concentration of disinfectant measured in mg/l in a representative sample of water.
Water control structure means a structure within, or adjacent to, a water, which intentionally or coincidentally alters the hydraulic capacity, the flood elevation resulting from the two-, 10-, or 100-year storm, flood hazard area limit, and/or floodway limit of the water. Examples of a water control structure may include a bridge, culvert, dam, embankment, ford (if above grade), retaining wall, and weir.
General air quality operating permit or "general permit" means an air quality operating permit that meets the requirements of ARM 17.8.1222, covers multiple sources in a source category, and is issued in lieu of individual permits being issued to each source.
Non-Permitted Transferee A Person other than a Permitted Transferee.
Distributed Generator means a person who owns or operates Distributed Generation;
high-efficiency cogeneration means cogeneration meeting the criteria laid down in Annex II;
High voltage bus means the electrical circuit, including the coupling system for charging the REESS, that operates on a high voltage.

Technically permissible maximum laden mass means the maximum mass allocated to a vehicle on the basis of its construction features and its design performances.
