Water Supply Contracts definition

Water Supply Contracts means the Jilin Water Supply Contract and the Changchun Water Supply Contract; "Water Supply Contract" means any one of the Water Supply Contracts.
Water Supply Contracts means each of: (a) that certain Water Protection Agreement, dated July 11, 2000, by and between Harquahala Generating Company, LLC, the Harquahala Valley Irrigation District and Harquahala Valley Power District in respect of the Harquahala Project; (b) that certain Water Delivery Agreement, dated July 11, 2000, between Harquahala Generating Company, LLC and the Harquahala Valley Irrigation District in respect of the Harquahala Project; (c) that certain Delivery of Excess Central Arizona Project Water Agreement, dated May 21, 2004, by and between Harquahala and the Central Arizona Water Conservation District in respect of the Harquahala Project; (d) that certain Water Supply Agreement, dated January 5, 1998, by and between Millennium and the Town of Southbridge, MA in respect of the Millennium Project; (e) that certain Water Rights Agreement, dated June 5, 1997, and as amended January 29, 1999, by and between Millennium, American Optical Company and Southbridge Associates Limited Partnership in respect of the Millennium Project; and (f) that certain Water Withdrawal Registration Partial Transfer Agreement, dated June 5, 1997, by and between Millennium and American Optical Corporation in respect of the Millennium Project. “Withdrawal Liability” has the meaning specified in Part I of Subtitle E of Title IV of ERISA.
Water Supply Contracts means this Contract and the Water Supply Contracts substantially similar hereto (with such changes as may be necessary to reflect the municipal or corporate nature of the water Purchaser) between the Seller and a Participating Member or other purchaser providing for the purchase and sale of Water from the Seller, as the same may be amended from time to time pursuant thereto.

  • To determine whether the reduction in annual charges in the aggregate for all Contractors equals the $48 million limit specified in this subdivision (c)(3), it shall be assumed that all Contractors have executed the Contract Extension Amendment and will share in the available rate reductions consistent with the proportions as provided in this contract, regardless of whether one or more Contractors do not receive a reduction under their respective Water Supply Contracts.

  • State Water Project Contractor Public Water Agencies (PWAs) shall include the 29 entities holding State Water Project Water Supply Contracts with the Department of Water Resources.

  • Unless expressly provided herein, the terms and conditions of SWPAO Agreement 16030 and SGPWA’s and SBVMWD’s respective Water Supply Contracts with DWR, and any future amendments to any of those agreements, apply to this Agreement.

  • The term of this Agreement shall commence, following its execution by both Parties, on the Effective Date set forth in the preamble hereto, and shall terminate upon the earlier to occur of either (i) the reduction in the Option Quantity to zero through the execution of one or more Water Supply Contracts and/or reductions in Option Quantity through the other mechanisms described in this Agreement; or (ii) August 31, 2044.

  • If either becomes ineffective for any reason, the DEPARTMENT shall identify the date on which this Amendment shall be deemed inoperative for the purpose of assuring timely repayment of contract obligations; restoration of Table A Amounts to the DISTRICT and orderly administration of the long-term Water Supply Contracts but in no case more than 18 months after either becomes ineffective.

  • The term of this Agreement shall commence, following its execution by both Parties, on the Effective Date set forth in the preamble hereto, and shall terminate upon the earlier to occur of either (i) the last to occur of all of the following (a) the acquisition by the Authority of all of the Surplus Water, (b) the remarketing of all of the Remarketing Water, and (c) the execution of one or more Water Supply Contracts for the full amount of Option Water, and (ii) August 31, 2036.
