Waterfall Recovery definition

Waterfall Recovery means distributions under the Plan in accordance with the priorities set forth in Article IV.E.
Waterfall Recovery means the priority scheme governing distributions to applicable Holders of Allowed Claims and Interests, as set forth in Article IV.D of the Plan.
