Wattage Allowance definition

Wattage Allowance. The product obtained by multiplying the Rentable Area of the Premises by 6 ▇▇▇▇▇. “Lighting Wattage Allowance” means thirty-three percent (33%) of the Wattage Allowance.
Wattage Allowance for electricity (maximum demand load for general office, light and convenience power and for office equipment and air conditioning) means, for each floor of the Premises, the product obtained by multiplying the Rentable Square Feet of such floor by six (6) w▇▇▇▇.
Wattage Allowance. The product obtained by multiplying the Rentable Area of the Premises by 0.6518 KWH per month, but in no event less than six (6) ▇▇▇▇▇ of connected load per square feet of Rentable Area of the Premises for all electrical power exclusive of HVAC (as defined below) and Building standard lighting. “Lighting Wattage Allowance” is the product obtained by multiplying the Rentable Area of the Premises by 0.39 KWH per month.

  • Wattage Allowance: 4.5 ▇▇▇▇▇ times the RSF of the Premises divided by 1,000, multiplied by the Building Standard Hours, with respect to connected load for general purposes, and 1.5 ▇▇▇▇▇ times the RSF of the Premises divided by 1,000, multiplied by the Building Standard Hours, with respect to lighting, which shall result in kilowatt hours.

  • Wattage Allowance: 4.5 ▇▇▇▇▇ times the rentable area in the Premises divided by 1,000, multiplied by the Building Standard Hours, with respect to connected load for general purposes, and 1.5 ▇▇▇▇▇ times the rentable area in the Premises divided by 1,000, multiplied by the Building Standard Hours, with respect to lighting, which shall result in kilowatt hours.

  • The term "Wattage Allowance" for electricity (demand load for general office, light and convenience power and for office equipment and supplemental air conditioning) means the product obtained by multiplying the Rentable Square Feet of the Premises by six (6) ▇▇▇▇▇.

  • In determining Tenant’s Excess Electrical Use, if any, the Wattage Allowance shall be used to calculate Tenant’s electrical allowance (as well as the electrical allowance for all other tenants of the Building which, at Landlord’s option, are separately metered for electrical usage), which shall be expressed in Kilowatts per hour (“KWH”) for purposes of billing (the “Standard KWH Allocation”).
