Wavelength Service definition

Wavelength Service or “Service” means a telecommunications circuit enabled by wavelength division multiplexing (WDM) equipment. Wavelength Service may be ordered and provisioned either as On-Net Service or Off-Net Service. Wavelength Service includes, without limitation, the following types of Services:

Examples of Wavelength Service in a sentence

  • The Wavelength Service Availability Credit shall be equal to 1% of the Monthly Recurring Fee for Wavelength Service for the respective month for every 0.1% (or portion thereof) that the Service Availability falls below the Wavelength Service Availability Target.

  • Loop/Access segment(s) is unprotected and Wavelength Service segment is unprotected.

  • Verizon provides a Wavelength Service circuit that is protected in the IXC transport but is provisioned with un-protected access on either end (either Type 1 or Type 3).

  • This Supplement applies to Wavelength Service as further defined in this Section.

  • Rogers will provide the Customer with an Optical Wavelength Service Availability performance level.

  • In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will pay fixed monthly recurring per-circuit charges ranging from $8,475 to $23,730 for OC48 Linear, OC48 Restorable, 2.5G Linear and 10G Linear Interstate Private Line US Wavelength Service between 4 CLLI code pairs mutually agreed upon by the Customer and the Company.

  • In lieu of all other rates and discounts Customer will pay the fixed monthly recurring charges ranging from $4,200 to $18,478.30 for 10G Protected Interstate Wavelength Service between 5 location pairs mutually agreed upon by the Customer and the Company.

  • A 3 year term applies Metro Private Line Wavelength Service (“MPL”): In lieu of any other rate and discounts, the Customer will pay a fixed monthly recurring charge of $3,000 for 10G Metro Private Line Service between 1 location pair mutually agreed upon by the Customer and the Company.

  • In lieu of any other rates or discounts, the Customer will pay $2,522.00 for Point to Point 10 Gbps Transparent Channel – Unprotected Transport Channel Metro Wavelength Service.

  • Optical Wavelength Service is a dedicated, linear routed, unprotected, point-to-point transport service.
