WBNA Agent. Defined in the Preamble of this Agreement.

  • The WBNA Agent shall not be under any obligation to WBNA to ascertain or to inquire as to the observance or performance of any of the agreements or covenants contained in, or conditions of, this Agreement, or to inspect the properties, books or records of the Seller.

  • The WBNA Agent may, upon five days’ notice to the Seller and WBNA, and the WBNA Agent will, upon the direction of WBNA, resign as WBNA Agent.
