WBNA Agent. Defined in the Preamble of this Agreement.

  • The WBNA Agent shall in all cases be fully protected in acting, or in refraining from acting, in accordance with a request of WBNA, and such request and any action taken or failure to act pursuant thereto shall be binding upon WBNA.

  • In performing its functions and duties hereunder, the WBNA Agent shall act solely as agent for WBNA and does not assume nor shall be deemed to have assumed any obligation or relationship of trust or agency with or for the Seller or any of its successors or assigns.

  • The WBNA Agent may execute any of its duties under this Agreement by or through agents or attorneys-in-fact and shall be entitled to advice of counsel concerning all matters pertaining to such duties.
