WD Capital definition

WD Capital means ▇▇▇▇▇▇ & Dunlop Capital, LLC (formerly known as CWCapital, LLC), a Massachusetts limited liability company.
WD Capital means Walker & Dunlop Capital, LLC, a Massachusetts limited liability company. “WDLLC” means Walker & Dunlop, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.
WD Capital has the meaning specified in the Preliminary Statements hereto.

  • Neither the Administrative Agent nor any other Secured Party has any right to service any F▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ Loans or affect the manner in which WDLLC or WD Capital services any F▇▇▇▇▇▇ Mac Loans.
