WDO Financial Statements definition
WDO Financial Statements means the audited financial statements of WDO for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2001, a true copy of which is attached as Schedule 1.1(gg) and the unaudited financial statements of WDO for the interim periods from April 1, 2002 until June 30, 2002. Any other terms defined within the text of this Agreement will have the meanings so ascribed to them.
