Wealth Management Product definition

Wealth Management Product means any wealth management product distributed, sold or issued by any Group Company or any Baidu Party in connection with the Wealth Management Business prior to the Closing (for the avoidance of doubt, including any such product distributed, sold or issued prior to the Closing but which remains outstanding after the Closing). Such Wealth Management Products shall be considered as outstanding as of a particular date as long as their underlying assets are not fully paid off as of such date.

  • The Directors (including the independent non-executive Directors) consider that the terms of the Wealth Management Product Agreement are on normal commercial terms, fair and reasonable and in the interests of the Group and the Shareholders as a whole.
