Web Traffic definition

Web Traffic. You are allowed to serve the fonts in web font formats on websites that receive a limited number of unique visitors per month, defined in the following table according to the number of users specified in your order receipt:
Web Traffic. Web traffic is measured by monthly unique visitors, or if your website does not record those, by monthly pageviews. If your website exceeds the web traffic limitation for six consecutive months, you must contact me to upgrade your license. I reserve the right to inspect or monitor your use.
Web Traffic means data transferred from a website. “Search Engine Registration” means submission of the Client’s URL, or domain name, to Internet Search Engines to assist in the effort of gaining recognition for the Client’s website. “Domain Name Registration” means the registration with the appropriate authorities of the desired domain name on behalf of the Client. “Website Hosting” means providing World Wide Web page hosting on a server with email message facilities.

Examples of Web Traffic in a sentence

  • Web Traffic Strategist shall reserve the right at any time it may deem fit, to modify, alter and or discontinue, whether temporarily or permanently, our service, or any part thereof, with or without prior notice.

  • Nothing in this Agreement shall be interpreted or construed as creating or establishing the relationship of employer and employee between CP (or any employee or agent of CP) and Web Traffic Provider (or any employee or agent of Web Traffic Provider).

  • Web Traffic Provider will assist CP in resolving technical issues with the Services.

  • This TOS constitutes the entire agreement between you andWeb Traffic Strategist and shall govern the use of our Services, superseding any prior version of this TOS between you and us with respect to Web Traffic Strategist Services.

  • Therefore, except for that which is expressly permitted by applicable law or as authorized by Web Traffic Strategist or such applicable licensor, you agree not to alter, modify, lease, rent, loan, sell, distribute, transmit, broadcast, publicly perform and/or created any plagiaristic works which are based on Web Traffic Strategist Services (e.g. Content or Software), in whole or part.

  • If such procedures demonstrate that CP is in material violation of its obligations, then, in addition to other remedies available to Web Traffic Provider, CP shall promptly reimburse Web Traffic Provider for Web Traffic Provider’s reasonable costs and expenses incurred in connection with such audit.

  • Web Traffic Strategist may furnish you with notices, including those with regards to any changes to the TOS, including but not limited to email, regular mail, MMS or SMS, text messaging, postings on our website Services, or other reasonable means currently known or any which may be herein after developed.

Related to Web Traffic

  • InterMTA Traffic means traffic to or from WSP’s network that originates in one MTA and terminates in another MTA (as determined by the geographic location of the cell site to which the mobile End User is connected).

  • Transit Traffic means traffic originating on CLEC’s network that is switched and transported by AT&T-TSP and delivered to a Third Party Terminating Carrier’s network or traffic from a Third Party Originating Carrier’s network. A call that is originated or terminated by a CLEC purchasing local switching pursuant to a commercial agreement with AT&T-TSP is not considered Transit Traffic for the purposes of this Attachment. Additionally Transit Traffic does not include traffic to/from IXCs.
