WebSearch Box definition

WebSearch Box means a search box into which Subscribers may enter queries to search the Web. WebSearch Boxes must be approved by Google and located on a WebSearch Site or a Customer Desktop Application that is approved by Google to access the WebSearch Service.
WebSearch Box means a search box into which End Users may enter Queries for submission by Customer to Google as set forth in this Agreement for the purpose of searching the Web.
WebSearch Box means a search box into which End Users may enter queries to search the Web on a WebSearch Site or in a WebSearch Client Application as provided in this Agreement.

  • Each WebSearch Box located on a WebSearch Site and each Results Page containing a WebSearch Results Set shall conspicuously display a graphic module, in the form as provided by Google from time to time, that unambiguously indicates that the WebSearch Results Sets are provided by Google.

  • Google means the Google Entity that is party to the Agreement.

  • Microsoft means Microsoft Corporation.

  • Hyperlink means a special HTML code that allows text or graphics to serve as a link that, when clicked on, takes a user to another place in the same document, to another document, or to another Internet Web site or Web page.

  • End User means, in the event that the Services or Deliverables involve the use of any information systems, any and all UNICEF employees, consultants and other personnel and any other external users collaborating with UNICEF, in each case, authorized by UNICEF to access and use the Services and/or Deliverables.

  • Web Portal means an online entity through which persons are able to effect transactions in securities.

  • BT Network means the communications network owned or leased by BT and used to provide a Service.

  • Query means a message that represents a request to a Database for information.

  • ACH Network means the funds transfer system, governed by the NACHA Rules, that provides funds transfer services to participating financial institutions.

  • Server Software means software that provides services or functionality on a computer acting as a server.

  • In-network or "participating" means a provider or facility

  • Online Services Terms means the additional terms that apply to Customer’s use of Online Services published on the Licensing Site and updated from time to time.

  • Advertiser means a company that (i) advertises its brands, products, and/or services via the Advertisements; and/or (ii) interacts with Consumers on its Digital Properties or through its Ads in relation to its brands, products, and/or services.

  • Card Network means a payment card network, including the network operated by each of Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

  • Web Site means the website that you are currently using (xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx) and any sub-domains of this site (e.g. xxxxxxxxx.xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx) unless expressly excluded by their own terms and conditions.

  • Supported Web Browser means the current release from time to time of Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome or Apple Safari, or any other web browser that the Provider agrees in writing shall be supported;

  • Client Application means an application developed by Licensee that a) utilizes the Runtime Product, b) is installed fully on an end user’s machine, with all report processing local to that machine, and c) adds significant and primary functionality to the Runtime Product.

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Network User means a customer or a potential customer of a transmission system operator, and transmission system operators themselves in so far as it is necessary for them to carry out their functions in relation to transmission;

  • Digital book means a work that is generally recognized in the ordinary and usual sense as a book.

  • End Users means a Third Party residence or business that subscribes to Telecommunications Services provided by any of the Parties at retail. As used herein, the term “End User(s)” does not include any of the Parties to this Agreement with respect to any item or service obtained under this Agreement.

  • User Content means any comments, remarks, data, feedback, content, text, photographs, images, video, music, or other content or information that you or any Site Visitor or User post to any part of the Site or provide to Upwork, including such content or information that is posted as a result of questions.

  • Internet Protocol or “IP” means a communications protocol for devices connected to the Internet that specifies the format for addresses and units of transmitted data.

  • Customer System means the Customer's computing environment (consisting of hardware, software and/or telecommunications networks or equipment) used by the Customer or the Supplier in connection with this Contract which is owned by or licensed to the Customer by a third party and which interfaces with the Supplier System or which is necessary for the Customer to receive the Services;

  • Download means copying data from one computer system (for example a backend server) to another (for example a vehicle).
