WECS Project means the WECSs and associated support facilities including, but not limited to, roads, substations, operation and maintenance buildings, and permanent MET towers as specified in the siting approval application, including the project area as defined by the Owner. WECS Project does not include WECS with a generating capacity of 25kW or less which are located solely on owner's property

WECS Project means the WECSs and associated support facilities including, but not limited to, roads, substations, operation and maintenance buildings, and permanent met towers as specified in the siting approval application pursuant to Section V of these Regulations and including the project area as defined by the Owner.

WECS Project means the collection of WECSs and Substations as specified in the application for a wind farm pursuant to this Section.
