Weekly Fees definition

Weekly Fees means the weekly rental fees payable by you to Bolt Bikes.
Weekly Fees means the weekly rental fees payable by you to Zoomo.
Weekly Fees means the weekly rental fees payable by you to Ocycle.

  • You agree to pay Bolt Bikes the Weekly Fees for use of the Bike weekly, in advance.

  • Weekly Fees will continue to apply for each week between the date of notification of termination and the End Date, including the week of the End Date or, if you fail to return the Bike as set out above or as otherwise instructed by Bolt Bikes, the date that the Bike is returned to Bolt Bikes.

  • Damage & Theft Cover: If you have opted in for Damage & Theft Cover, your liability for loss or damage to the Bike will be limited to £200, as long as you are not otherwise in breach of this agreement and providing you are no more than 1 week in arrears with payment of Weekly Fees.

  • Each Invoice shall include the Weekly Fees due and an itemized list of the reimbursable expenses incurred by the Consultant.

Related to Weekly Fees

  • Monthly Fees means, collectively, [INSERT FOR HFS: the Monthly Food and Beverage Fee,] the Monthly Program Fee and the Monthly Royalty Fee, each of which is set forth in the Addendum. [INSERT FOR HFS: “Monthly Food and Beverage Fee” means the fee we require from you in Subsection 8.2, which is set forth in the Addendum.]

  • Service Fees means all fees payable by Party B to Party A pursuant to Article 3 of this Agreement in respect of the Services provided by Party A.

  • Finance Charges means, with respect to a Contract, any finance, interest, late payment charges or similar charges owing by an Obligor pursuant to such Contract.

  • Variable Costs means the Train Operator’s costs which vary as a result of a Category 3 Disruption, a Relevant Cancellation or a Relevant Service Variation (as the case may be) arising directly from changes in train mileage including staff, maintenance, fuel or electricity costs, and the Variable Charge.

  • Maximum Weekly Starts means the maximum number of times that a generating unit can be started in one week, defined as the 168 hour period starting Monday 0001 hour, under normal operating conditions.

  • Accrued Servicing Fees based upon the Scheduled Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loan as calculated on a monthly basis.

  • Deferred Sales Charge Payment Dates means the dates specified for deferred sales fee installments under "Investment Summary--Fees and Expenses" in the Prospectus for the Trust.

  • Tax Fees means the aggregate fees billed in each of the last two fiscal years for professional services rendered by the Company’s external auditor for tax compliance, tax advice and tax planning.

  • Advisory Fees means financial advisory fees, closing fees, transaction fees, monitoring fees, oversight fees and similar fees, expenses and indemnities payable by the Loan Parties pursuant to the Advisory Agreement, but in the case of any such fees not to exceed the amounts payable in respect thereof under the Advisory Agreement as in effect on the Closing Date.

  • Late Fees shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2(d).

  • Deferred Sales Charge Payment Date means October 10, 2013 and the tenth day of each month thereafter through February 10, 2014.

  • School Fees means the money payable by the Parent/s to the School in connection with a Student’s education, excluding any Enrolment Fee, Deposit or Additional Fees.

  • Monthly salary means the portion of a member’s annual compensation which is paid to him or her per month.

  • Monthly Service Fee means a monthly charge to a member for continuing care and not as rent, or a daily prorated portion thereof.

  • Basic Rent Payment Date means Basic Rent Payment Date as defined in Paragraph 6.

  • Computation Date is defined in Section 2.04.

  • Quarterly Payment Date means the last Business Day of each March, June, September and December.

  • Minimum Payment Due means the least payment amount, specified in the “Statement of Account”, required to be paid by the “Principal Cardholder” on or before the “Payment Due Date” in order to keep the “Card Account” active. “Past Due Amount” from previous “Billing Cycle” will form part of the “Minimum Payment Due”.
