Weekly Reset Rate definition

Weekly Reset Rate means a Reset Rate that is determined by the Remarketing Agent on a weekly basis as provided in Article V of the Standard Terms.
Weekly Reset Rate. ' means a Reset Rate that is determined by the Remarketing Agent on a weekly basis as provided in Article V of the Standard Terms.

  • Unless any such Reset Rate Method Change Date occurs on or prior to such Wednesday, the Reset Rate Method thereafter will continue to be a Weekly Reset Rate Method unless and until a Reset Rate Method Change Date occurs.

  • Class A Certificates as to which a Weekly Reset Rate Method is in effect are eligible for purchase pursuant to the Tender Option on any Business Day, subject to compliance with the notice and other requirements set forth Section 6.03(b).

  • If all Available Remarketing Class A Certificates are not remarketed for a price equal to the Current Class A Certificate Balance thereof, beginning on the date that would have been the Term Reset Date, the Class A Certificates will bear interest at the Weekly Reset Rate.

  • Prior to termination of an existing Hedge on a date prior to its scheduled termination date, the Sponsor shall, so long as a Weekly Reset Rate or Monthly Reset Rate is in effect, obtain a new Hedge satisfying the terms of this Agreement.

  • The computation of interest on any Certificate when any Weekly Reset Rate Method or Monthly Reset Rate Method is in effect will be performed on the basis of a 365 or 366-day year for the actual number of days elapsed during each Accrual Period.

  • The Reset Rate Method thereafter will continue to be a Weekly Reset Rate Method unless and until a Reset Rate Method Change Date occurs.

  • If the rating of the long-term senior debt of Xxxxxxx Mac is reduced below “A-” by the Rating Agency (which event shall constitute a material adverse credit condition under this Agreement), the Sponsor shall have the right to direct Xxxxxxx Mac to exercise its right (provided the Class A Certificates then bear interest at a Weekly Reset Rate or Monthly Reset Rate) to cause a Release Event with respect to all (but not less than all) Bonds held under the Series Certificate Agreement.

  • However, if on any Weekly Reset Date, the Remarketing Agent fails to establish the Weekly Reset Rate, the then applicable Reset Rate will be the lesser of the previous Reset Rate or the Maximum Reset Rate.

  • To protect against fluctuations in interest rates, Sponsor shall deliver to Xxxxxxx Mac and shall make arrangements for third-party Hedge Agreements to be in place and maintained at all times, with respect to the Class A Certificates during any period in which the Class A Certificates bear interest at a Weekly Reset Rate or Monthly Reset Rate.

  • The Weekly Reset Rate applicable on the Weekly Reset Date in each week will be in effect from Thursday of such week through Wednesday of the following week, or, if earlier, through the day preceding the next Reset Rate Method Change Date.

Related to Weekly Reset Rate

  • Reset Rate has the meaning specified in Section 2(d).

  • Weekly Rate means the rate of interest on a Group of 2024 Series A Variable Rate Bonds described in Section 301 of Appendix A hereto.

  • LIBOR Daily Floating Rate means, for any day, a fluctuating rate of interest per annum equal to LIBOR as published on the applicable Bloomberg screen page (or such other commercially available source providing such quotations as may be designated by Administrative Agent from time to time), at approximately 11:00 a.m., London time, two (2) London Banking Days prior to such day, for Dollar deposits with a term of one (1) month commencing that day; provided that if the LIBOR Daily Floating Rate shall be less than zero, such rate shall be deemed zero for purposes of the Loan Documents.

  • Applicable Interest Rate means, (i) with respect to each Revolving Credit Advance and Term Loan Advance, the Eurodollar-based Rate or the Base Rate, and (ii) with respect to each Swing Line Advance, the Base Rate or, if made available to the Borrower by the Swing Line Lender at its option, the Quoted Rate, in each case as selected by the Borrower from time to time subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

  • Interest Rate Period means any Daily Interest Rate Period, Weekly Interest Rate Period, Short-Term Interest Rate Period, Long- Term Interest Rate Period or ARS Interest Rate Period.

  • Floating Rate Calculation Date means, for any Quarterly Floating Rate Period, the 30th day prior to the first day of such Quarterly Floating Rate Period.

  • Calculation Rate For each Distribution Date, in the case of the Class A and Class B Interests, the product of (i) 10 and (ii) the weighted average rate of the outstanding Class A and Class B Interests, treating each Class A Interest as capped at zero or reduced by a fixed percentage of 100% of the interest accruing on such Class.

  • Calculation Date means each day on which the Reference Price is published by the Index Sponsor or the Index Calculation Agent, as the case may be.

  • Weekly Rate Period means any period of time during which a Group of 2021 Series J Variable Rate Bonds bears interest at the Weekly Rate.

  • Reset Reference Rate means, in relation to a Reset Determination Date and subject to Condition 5(b)(iii) and Condition 5(c)(v), if applicable:

  • Weighted Average Advance Rate means, as of any date of determination with respect to all Eligible Collateral Obligations included in the Adjusted Aggregate Eligible Collateral Obligation Balance, the number obtained by (i) summing the products obtained by multiplying (a) the Advance Rate of each such Eligible Collateral Obligation by (b) such Eligible Collateral Obligation’s contribution to the Adjusted Aggregate Eligible Collateral Obligation Balance and (ii) dividing such sum by the Adjusted Aggregate Eligible Collateral Obligation Balance.

  • Adjusted Interest Rate is defined in Section 1.2(e).

  • Compounded Daily Reference Rate means, with respect to an Interest Period, the rate of return of a daily compound interest investment in the Specified Currency (with the applicable Reference Rate (as indicated in the applicable Final Terms and further provided for below) as the reference rate for the calculation of interest) and will be calculated by the Principal Paying Agent on the relevant Interest Determination Date, as follows, and the resulting percentage will be rounded, if necessary, to the Relevant Decimal Place:

  • Rate Calculation Date means the day which is two Rate Calculation Business Days before the due date of the relevant amount under these Conditions;

  • Applicable Interest Rate Margin means (a) as to any Base Rate Advance, the applicable rate per annum set forth below under the caption “Base Rate Spread” and (b) as to any LIBO Rate Advance, the applicable rate per annum set forth below under the caption “LIBO Rate Spread”, determined by reference to the higher of (i) the rating of Mondelēz’s long-term senior unsecured Debt from Standard & Poor’s (or, if there shall be no outstanding rated long-term senior unsecured Debt of Mondelēz, the long-term company, issuer or similar rating established by Standard & Poor’s for Mondelēz) and (ii) the rating of Mondelēz’s long-term senior unsecured Debt from Moody’s (or, if there shall be no outstanding rated long-term senior unsecured Debt of Mondelēz, the long-term company, issuer or similar rating established by Moody’s for Mondelēz), in each case on such date: A or higher by Standard & Poor’s A2 or higher by Moody’s 0.000 % 0.835 % A- by Standard & Poor’s A3 by Moody’s 0.000 % 0.940 % BBB+ by Standard & Poor’s Baa1 by Moody’s 0.045 % 1.045 % BBB by Standard & Poor’s Baa2 by Moody’s 0.150 % 1.150 % Lower than BBB by Standard & Poor’s Lower than Baa2 by Moody’s 0.250 % 1.250 % provided that if on any date of determination (x) a rating is available on such date from only one of Standard & Poor’s and Moody’s but not the other, the Applicable Interest Rate Margin shall be determined by reference to the then available rating; (y) no rating is available from either of Standard & Poor’s or Moody’s, the Applicable Interest Rate Margin shall be determined by reference to the rating of any other nationally recognized statistical rating organization designated by Mondelēz and approved in writing by the Required Lenders and (z) no rating is available from any of Standard & Poor’s, Moody’s or any other nationally recognized statistical rating organization designated by Mondelēz and approved in writing by the Required Lenders, the Applicable Interest Rate Margin shall be 0.250% as to any Base Rate Advance and 1.250% as to any LIBO Rate Advance.

  • Variable Interest Rate means any interest rate that does not qualify as a fixed credit interest rate;

  • Weighted Average Interest Rates means, with respect to any Outstanding Notes of a class or tranche of the MBNAseries, or of all of the Outstanding Notes of the MBNAseries, on any date, the weighted average (weighted based on the Outstanding Dollar Principal Amount of the related Notes on such date) of the following rates of interest:

  • Reference Interest Rate means the following rate (expressed as a percentage rate per annum) for deposits in the currency of the Strike Price: the Reference Interest Rate specified in the Table which has been published on the screen page specified in the Table (the "Screen

  • CB Floating Rate means the Prime Rate; provided that the CB Floating Rate shall never be less than the Adjusted One Month LIBOR Rate on such day (or if such day is not a Business Day, the immediately preceding Business Day). Any change in the CB Floating Rate due to a change in the Prime Rate or the Adjusted One Month LIBOR Rate shall be effective from and including the effective date of such change in the Prime Rate or the Adjusted One Month LIBOR Rate, respectively.

  • Rate Period has the meaning set forth in the Statement.

  • Daily Interest Rate means an amount calculated by dividing the interest rate payable to a Lender on a Loan (as set forth in subsection 2.2) as of each calendar day by three hundred sixty (360).

  • Interest Day Count Convention For any Series or Class of Notes, the fraction specified in the related Indenture Supplement to indicate the number of days counted in an Interest Accrual Period divided by the number of days assumed in a year, for purposes of calculating the Interest Payment Amount for each Interest Accrual Period in respect of such Series or Class.

  • Reserve Interest Rate With respect to any Interest Determination Date, the rate per annum that the Trustee determines to be either (i) the arithmetic mean (rounded upwards if necessary to the nearest whole multiple of 1/16%) of the one-month U.S. dollar lending rates which New York City banks selected by the Trustee are quoting on the relevant Interest Determination Date to the principal London offices of leading banks in the London interbank market or (ii) in the event that the Trustee can determine no such arithmetic mean, the lowest one-month U.S. dollar lending rate which New York City banks selected by the Trustee are quoting on such Interest Determination Date to leading European banks.

  • Daily One Month LIBOR means, for any day, the rate of interest equal to LIBOR then in effect for delivery for a one (1) month period.

  • Interest Rate Determination Date means, with respect to any Interest Period, the date that is two Business Days prior to the first day of such Interest Period.

  • Reset Period means the First Reset Period or a Subsequent Reset Period, as the case may be;
