Weighted Amount definition

Weighted Amount means the credit risk-weighted amount in terms of which the capital requirement for the credit risk of an exposure is measured;
Weighted Amount means (a) with respect to any Disproportionate Contribution, the amount of such Disproportionate Contribution, (b) with respect to any Existing Capital, the amount of such Existing Capital, (c) with respect to any New Capital Funding representing Incremental Capital, the amount of such New Capital Funding and (d) with respect to any New Capital Funding representing Excess Incremental Capital, 1.75 multiplied by such New Capital Funding.
Weighted Amount means for each Utility Component that has experienced a Utility Rate Change during the Lease Year in question, the Utility Costs from the prior Lease Year for the applicable Utility Component divided by the total Utility Costs for the prior Lease Year.

  • Weighted Average means a ratio of the weight of the investment by the financial market participant in an investee company in relation to the enterprise value of the investee company;

  • Weighted Average Yield means with respect to any Loan, on any date of determination, the weighted average yield to maturity, in each case, based on the interest rate applicable to such Loan on such date and giving effect to all upfront or similar fees or original issue discount payable with respect to such Loan.

  • Weighted Average Advance Rate means, as of any date of determination with respect to all Eligible Collateral Loans included in the Aggregate Net Collateral Balance, the number obtained by (a) summing the products obtained by multiplying (i) the Advance Rate of each Eligible Collateral Loan by (ii) such Eligible Collateral Loan’s contribution to the Aggregate Net Collateral Balance and dividing such sum by (b) the Aggregate Net Collateral Balance.

  • Maximum Yield Supplement Amount means with respect to any Collection Period and the related Deposit Date, after giving effect to the Yield Supplement Amount, the maximum amount required to be on deposit in the Yield Supplement Account on the immediately succeeding Payment Date, which is equal to the present value (using an interest rate of: 0.25%) of the sum of all Yield Supplement Amounts for all future Payment Dates, assuming that future Scheduled Payments on the Discount Receivables are made on the date on which they are scheduled as being due.

  • Weighted Average Spread means, as of any day, the number expressed as a percentage equal to (i) the Aggregate Funded Spread divided by (ii) the Aggregate Eligible Collateral Obligation Amount (excluding any interest that has been deferred and capitalized on any Deferrable Collateral Obligation).
