Weighted Average CLTV definition
Weighted Average CLTV means, at any time with respect to a group of Purchased Mortgage Loans, the weighted average of all of the CLTVs for such Purchased Mortgage Loans, weighted on the basis of the original Outstanding Principal Balance of such Purchased Mortgage Loans.
