Weighted Average Original Term definition

Weighted Average Original Term means at any time an amount equal to the weighted average (weighted solely based on the Outstanding Principal Balances of the Eligible Receivables at such time) of the original number of monthly payments owed in respect of the Pledged Receivables at such time.
