Weighted Average Original Term definition
Weighted Average Original Term means the original term to maturity of all outstanding Eligible Receivables (excluding the Excluded Receivables) including in an Investment Pool from the Closing Date through such date of determination, weighted on the basis of the Outstanding Receivable Principal Balance as of the Cutoff Date stated in the related Borrowing Base Certificate.
Weighted Average Original Term means at any time an amount equal to the weighted average (weighted solely based on the Outstanding Principal Balances of the Eligible Receivables at such time) of the original number of monthly payments owed in respect of the Pledged Receivables at such time.
