Weighted Price definition

Weighted Price means, in reference to a particular day, the average of the closing sale prices (or last bid prices if no closing sale prices are reported) of the common stock of the Parent as reported on Nasdaq for the ten (10) trading days immediately preceding that particular day.
Weighted Price. , means the greater of (A) $2.00; and (B) 95% of the Market Price.
