Well Sites definition

Well Sites means those certain parcels of real property described on Schedule 1.3-B “Legal Description of the Well Sites.” Any reference to the Well Sites shall include, by definition, the surface and subsurface elements, including the soils and groundwater present at the Well Sites, and any reference to items “at the Well Sites” shall include all items “at, on, in, upon, over, across, under and within” the Well Sites.
Well Sites on Exhibit “A” so that Watermaster may [specify activities, i.e., take water quality samples from the Well(s) under the Water Quality Monitoring Plan] pursuant to the terms of this Permit (the “Activities”).
Well Sites means collectively the five (5) production well sites, located on APN 038- 870-19 (well nos. 9 and 12), 236-120-08 (well no. 10), and 038-881-08 (well nos. 7 and 8) upon which West Reno currently operates groundwater wells, each of which sites shall be a minimum of 100 ft. by 100 ftmaximum of 100 ft. by 100 ft. or in such other configuration as approved by TMWA, but generally not to exceed a total of 10,000 square feet unless otherwise deemed necessary by TMWA due to constraints of operation, access or configuration. Any site configuration in excess of 10,000 square feet shall require the advance written consent of West Reno, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld.

More Definitions of Well Sites

Well Sites means those well pads depicted on Exhibit A and further described as hereinafter referred to collectively as the "Well Sites."

Consolidating operation of New Xxxxx to three (3) Well Sites from the approved ten (10) Well Sites, will allow Extraction, among other factors, to further increase well setbacks from neighborhoods; a proposed medical facility, and to locate future infrastructure closer to the Northwest Parkway, thereby further reducing potential impacts of oil and gas operations to nearby neighborhoods. 10. Other than the substitutions in Section 2(g) and in paragraph 2 on page 1, the remainder of the terms and conditions of the Agreement remain unchanged. 11. Extraction agrees to comply with all of the provisions in Appendix A titled Best Management Practices for Well Sites and New Xxxxx at Well Sites and Appendix B titled Submittal Requirements for the Operator for New Well Locations within the City Limits of the Oil and Gas Operator Agreement. In addition, Extraction further agrees to employ all the best management practices at the New Well Sites that it uses in an Urban Mitigation Area (“UMA”) to the extent technically and economically feasible including those referenced in Extraction’s plan of development for the Broomfield project. 12. Related to Well Sites

  • Cell Site means a transmitter/receiver location, operated by a CMRS provider, through which radio links are established between a wireless system and a Wireless Phone Handset.

  • Archaeological site means a geographic locality in Washington, including but not limited to, submerged and submersible lands and the bed of the sea within the state's jurisdiction, that contains archaeological objects.

  • Sites means the area(s) upon or in which the construction work is carried on, and such other areas adjacent thereto as may be designated by the Commissioner.

  • School Site means the land set aside for each type of school, such as Elementary, Junior High, Senior High operated by the School Board, including but not limited to municipal school reserve;

  • Disposal site means that portion of a land disposal facility that is used for disposal of waste. It consists of disposal units and a buffer zone.

  • Hazardous Waste Management Facility means, as defined in NCGS 130A, Article 9, a facility for the collection, storage, processing, treatment, recycling, recovery, or disposal of hazardous waste.

  • Radiation therapy simulation system means a radiographic or fluoroscopic x-ray system intended for localizing the volume to be exposed during radiation therapy and confirming the position and size of the therapeutic irradiation field.

  • Site means the place or places where the permanent Works are to be carried out including workshops where the same is being prepared.

  • Permit area means the area constituted by the blocks that are the subject of a permit;

  • The Site, where applicable, means the designated project place(s) named in the bidding document.

  • Underground storage tank system means an underground storage tank and the connected underground piping, underground ancillary equipment, and containment system, if any.

  • Waste Disposal Site means a Waste Disposal Site which is not a Hauled Sewage Disposal Site, a Sewage Works or a Waste Stabilization Pond; and

  • Quality Management System means a set of interrelated or interacting elements that organisations use to direct and control how quality policies are implemented and quality objectives are achieved;

  • Project site, where applicable, means the place indicated in bidding documents.

  • Environmental Management Framework or “EMF” means the policy framework for environmental management, approved by the Project Implementing Entity’s Board of Directors on July 21, 2009, which sets forth the environmental policies and procedures that shall apply to the carrying out of the Project.

  • Aboveground storage tank shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 6901 et seq., as amended, of RCRA, or any applicable state or local statute, law, ordinance, code, rule, regulation, order ruling, or decree governing aboveground storage tanks.

  • Underground storage tank or “UST” means any one or combination of tanks (including underground pipes connected thereto) that is used to contain an accumulation of regulated substances, and the volume of which (including the volume of underground pipes connected thereto) is 10 percent or more beneath the surface of the ground. This term does not include any:

  • Underground facility means any item which shall be buried or placed below ground for use in connection with the storage or conveyance of water, sewage, electronic, telephone or telegraphic communications, electric energy, oil, gas or other substances, and shall include, but not be limited to pipes, sewers, conduits, cables, valves, lines, wires, manholes, attachments and those portions of poles and their attachments below ground.

  • Underground storage means storage of gas in a subsurface stratum or formation of the earth.

  • Expandable condominium means a condominium to which additional land may be added in accordance with the provisions of the declaration and of this chapter.

  • RCRA means the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, 42 U.S.C. §§ 6901 et seq., as same may be amended from time to time.

  • Contaminated site means a site where there is a confirmed presence, caused by man, of hazardous substances of such a level that they pose a significant risk to human health or the environment taking into account current and approved future use of the land;
