Welsh Language Obligations definition

Welsh Language Obligations means the obligations of the Authority from time to time in respect of the use of the Welsh language, whether under any Law, under any Welsh language scheme made under the Welsh Language ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, under any Welsh language standards with which the Authority is under a duty to comply under the Welsh Language (Wales) Measure 2011 and any regulations made under it.
Welsh Language Obligations means the obligations of the Authority and/or Potential Customers in respect of the use of the Welsh language, whether under any Law, under any Welsh language scheme made under the Welsh Language Act 1993, under any Welsh language standards which apply to the Authority and/or Potential Customers under the Welsh Language (Wales) Measure 2011 (whether or not a compliance notice has been given to the Authority and/or Potential Customers ) or any specific obligations in respect of the use of the Welsh language in connection with the delivery of Services which are notified to the Contractor from time to time by the Authority and/or Potential Customers.
Welsh Language Obligations means the obligations of AET or any of its constituent bodies in respect of the use of the Welsh language, whether under any Law, under any Welsh language scheme made under the Welsh Language Act 1993, under any Welsh language standards which apply to AET or any constituent body under the Welsh Language (Wales) Measure 2011 (whether or not a compliance notice has been issued) or any specific obligations in respect of the use of the Welsh language in connectionwith the delivery of the Programme or the Materials which are notified to the Hub from time to time by AET;

  • The Hub warrants that, if relevant, it will not deliver the Programme in breach of the Welsh Language Obligations, nor in such a way as to render the AET or any of its constituent bodies in breach of its Welsh Language Obligations.

Welsh Language Obligations means the obligations of the Older People’s Commissioner in respect of the use of the Welsh language, whether under any law, under any Welsh language scheme made under the Welsh Language Act 1993, under any Welsh language standards which apply to the Older People’s Commissioner under the Welsh Language (Wales) Measure 2011, or any specific obligations in respect of the use of the Welsh language in connection with the delivery of Services/Research which are notified to the Supplier from time to time; In this Contract a reference to any statute, enactment, order, regulation or other similar instrument (“legislation”) shall, unless the context requires otherwise, be construed as a reference to such legislation as amended by any subsequent legislation or as contained in any subsequent re-enactment thereof. Unless the context otherwise requires, words denoting the singular shall include the plural and vice versa, and references to any person shall include natural persons, partnerships, firms, corporations and other incorporated bodies and all other legal persons of whatever kind and however constituted, and words denoting any gender shall include the masculine, the feminine and the neuter. The use of headings and bold type in this Contract shall not affect the interpretation of any provision of this Contract. Any reference to “approval” by the Older People’s Commissioner shall mean approval in writing.
