Western Alliance definition

Western Alliance means Western Alliance Bank, the Company’s secured lender.
Western Alliance. Preamble In addition to the terms defined elsewhere in this Agreement, the following terms have the following meanings:
Western Alliance means Western Alliance Business Trust, a wholly owned affiliate of Western Alliance Bank, an Arizona corporation, and thereafter any successor or assign.

  • Newco has the meaning set forth in the first paragraph of this Agreement.

  • Retail Store – means any business facility that sells goods directly to the consumer whether for or not-for-profit, including, but not limited to, retail stores, restaurants, pharmacies, convenience and grocery stores, liquor stores, as well as seasonal and temporary businesses.
