Western United States definition

Western United States means those States lying wholly or in part west of the Continental Divide; and
Western United States means the States of Washington, Oregon, California, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, Utah, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Alaska, Hawaii, Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma and Nevada.
