The Westfield Trumbull Mortgage Loan is a “Non-Serviced Mortgage Loan” and will be serviced pursuant to the CSAIL 2015-C2 Pooling and Servicing Agreement.

Examples of Westfield Wheaton Mortgage Loan in a sentence

  • Upon receipt of notice of its termination as Special Servicer with respect to the Westfield Wheaton Mortgage Loan, as applicable, the Special Servicer shall reasonably cooperate with the related Other Special Servicer in connection with the servicing transition of the Westfield Wheaton Mortgage Loan on and after the Westfield Wheaton Securitization Date.
