Wet Garbage definition

Wet Garbage means any bio-degradable garbage, consisting of vegetable waste, food waste, garden waste, coconut shells, wood pieces, egg shells, bones, flesh, used cotton etc. and as defined in the MSW Rules, 2000.
Wet Garbage means the kitchen garbage containing liquids originating from hotels, boarding houses and restaurants but excludes drained kitchen garbage which has been properly packaged.
