WF RCR REMIC definition
WF RCR REMIC. As defined in the Preliminary Statement, the assets of which consist of the Group 2, Group 3 and Group 5 Mortgage Loans, such amounts as shall be held in Sub-Account WF-RCR, the insurance policies, if any, relating to a Group 2, Group 3 or Group 5 Mortgage Loan and property which secured a Group 2, Group 3 or Group 5 Mortgage Loan and which has been acquired by foreclosure or deed in lieu of foreclosure.
