White/Metal Goods definition

White/Metal Goods means all major appliances, such as washers, freezers, stoves, dishwashers, dryers, refrigerators (remove doors), hot water tanks, trash compactors, microwaves, air conditioners, dehumidifiers, and other items of similar weight, material, size and nature. White/Metal Goods also includes Lawnmowers, bicycles, BBQ grills (gas and/or oil removed) and various other metal items.

Related to White/Metal Goods

  • capital goods means goods, the value of which is capitalised in the books of account of the person claiming the input tax credit and which are used or intended to be used in the course or furtherance of business;

  • White Goods means refrigerators, stoves and ranges, water heaters, clothes washers and dryers, freezers, swing sets, bicycles (without tires) scrap metal, copper, and other similar domestic and commercial large appliances.

  • Hire Goods means any Goods which are hired to the Customer;

  • Brands means the Sprint PCS Brands and the Sprint Brands.

  • CTC means Canadian Tire Corporation, Limited together with its Subsidiaries (excluding the REIT and the REIT’s Subsidiaries), or, as the context requires, any of them.
