Whole Tires means tires which have not been either cut into halves by slicing them around the largest circumference along the center of the tread or which have not been shredded.

During up to, but not more than, 200 hours of Planned Maintenance during a Contract Year for each Generation Unit and hours during which an event of Force Majeure exists, a Generation Unit shall be considered potentially capable of delivering such power to the Point of Delivery. For example, in the absence of any Planned Maintenance beyond 200 hours on any Generation Unit of Event of Force Majeure, the Operational Hours for a wind farm with five separate two MW turbines would be 43,800 for a Contract Year.

  • Change of Control Put Period means the period of 45 days after a Change of Control Put Event Notice is given;
