Wholesale Distribution Authorizations means the authority granted by any Governmental Authority, with appropriate competence in any particular jurisdiction, allowing any one or more entities to procure, hold, supply or export any product of the Business in or from such jurisdiction, whether it is a pharmaceutical product or a delivery device or any other product or device or any amalgam of both.
