Wholesale Local. Switching Traffic” for the purposes of this Attachment, means call usage: 2.35.1 originating from a CLEC End User over local circuit switching purchased by CLEC from AT&T-21STATE on a wholesale basis and terminating to an AT&T-21STATE End User in the same ILEC Exchange Area as defined by the ILEC Local (or “General”) Exchange Tariff or other mandatory local calling area. 2.35.2 originating from an AT&T-21STATE End User and terminating over local switching purchased by CLEC from AT&T-21STATE on a wholesale basis to a CLEC End User in the same ILEC Exchange Area as defined by the ILEC Local (or “General”) Exchange Tariff or other mandatory local calling area.

  • END USER CUSTOMER LOCATION means the physical location of the premises where an End User makes use of the telecommunications services.

  • Service Location means a location at which a member obtains a covered service provided by a physician or other licensed practitioner of the healing arts under the terms of a contract.

  • Wholesaler means any person, other than a vintner, brewer or bottler of beer or wine, who shall sell, barter, exchange, offer for sale, have in possession with intent to sell, deal or traffic in alcoholic liquor, wine, or beer. A wholesaler shall not sell for consumption upon the premises.
