Wind Project definition

Wind Project shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals to this Agreement, and is more particularly described in Part II of Appendix C of the Agreement.
Wind Project means an up to 18.5 megawatt renewable energy generating facility known as Grey Highlands Clean Energy and its appurtenant wind turbines, substation, access roads, equipment, construction laydown yard, buildings and related infrastructure.

More Definitions of Wind Project

Wind Project means Prairie Breeze Wind Energy III, LLC, a limited liability company organized and existing under the laws of the State of Delaware.
Wind Project has the meaning given in paragraph 1 of the Preliminary Statements to this Agreement.

For sake of clarity, the specific Turbines included within the Wind Project shall be specified on Exhibit A hereto, and shall be separate and apart from any other wind power development projects that Seller may develop adjacent to the Site.
Wind Project means the 40 megawatt renewable energy generating facility known as the Suncor Adelaide Wind Power Project and its appurtenant wind turbines, equipment, buildings and Electrical Infrastructure, to be constructed in County of Middlesex for the purpose of supplying electricity in accordance with the PPA.
