Winery/Restaurant definition

Winery/Restaurant means premises used for the production of viticultural produce in conjunction with the sale and consumption of food and drinks predominantly on the premises and where seating is provided for patrons, and includes a restaurant licensed under the Liquor Control Act 1988.
