Wire Payment Confirmation means written confirmation of payment by wire transfer which includes at least (a) the full name and address of the payor, (b) the name and address of the financial institution from which funds have been sent, (c) the transit number for the financial institution from which the funds have been sent, (d) the confirmation provided by the financial institution that confirms that the wire payment has been properly authorized and executed, and
