Wireless Communication Facilities definition

Wireless Communication Facilities means facilities used for personal wireless services.
Wireless Communication Facilities or “WCF” means a staffed or unstaffed facility or location for the transmission and/or reception of radio frequency (RF) signals or other wireless communications or other signals for commercial communications purposes, typically consisting of one or more antennas or group of antennas, a tower or attachment support structure, transmission cables and other transmission equipment, and an equipment enclosure or cabinets.
Wireless Communication Facilities. (“WCF”) means an unstaffed facility for the transmission and/or reception of radio-frequency (RF), microwave or other signals for commercial communications purposes, typically consisting of one or more antennas, an antenna support structure or attachment support structure, and an equipment enclosure.

More Definitions of Wireless Communication Facilities

Wireless Communication Facilities means equipment at a fixed location that enables wireless communications between a retail user¶s equipment and a communication net- work, including: (i) equipment associated with wireless communication; (ii) radio trans- ceivers, Antennas, coaxial or fiber-optic cable, regular and back-up power supplies, and comparable equipment, regardless of technological configuration. The term does not in- clude Wireless Support Structures, wireline backhaul facilities, coaxial or fiber optic ca- ble that is between Wireless Support Structures, ground wires, service drops or Utility Poles or coaxial or fiber optic cable that is otherwise not immediately adjacent to, or di- rectly associated with, an antenna.
Wireless Communication Facilities means and include all structures and accessory facilities relating to the use of the radio frequency spectrum for the purpose of transmitting or receiving telephone, cellular telephone, television, microwave and any other form of telecommunications signals. This may include, but shall not be limited to, radio towers, television towers, telephone devices and exchanges, microwave relay towers, telephone transmission equipment buildings, and commercial mobile radio service facilities.
Wireless Communication Facilities means and include all structures and accessory facilities relating to the use of the radio frequency spectrum for the purpose oftransmitting or receiving radio signals. This may include, but shall not be limited to; radio towers, television towers, telephone devices and exchanges, micro-wave relay facilities, telephone transmission equipment building and private and commercial mobile radio service facilities. Not included within this definition are: citizen band radio facilities, short wave receiving facilities, radio and television broadcast reception facilities, federally licensed amateur (ham) radio facilities, satellite dishes and governmental facilities which are subject to State or Federal law or regulations which preempt municipal regulatory authority.
Wireless Communication Facilities means antenna equipment together with all appurtenant equipment and utilities facilities.
Wireless Communication Facilities means facilities used for personal wireless services. Wireless communication facilities as used herein include both small cell facilities and macro wireless facilities.

  • Communication Facilities means video, video-conferencing, internet or online conferencing applications, telephone or tele-conferencing and/or any other video-communications, internet or online conferencing application or telecommunications facilities by means of which all Persons participating in a meeting are capable of hearing and being heard by each other;

  • Transmission Facilities shall have the meaning set forth in the Operating Agreement. Transmission Injection Rights:

  • Merchant Transmission Facilities means A.C. or D.C. transmission facilities that are interconnected with or added to the Transmission System pursuant to Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI and that are so identified in Tariff, Attachment T, provided, however, that Merchant Transmission Facilities shall not include (i) any Customer Interconnection Facilities, (ii) any physical facilities of the Transmission System that were in existence on or before March 20, 2003 ; (iii) any expansions or enhancements of the Transmission System that are not identified as Merchant Transmission Facilities in the Regional Transmission Expansion Plan and Tariff, Attachment T, or (iv) any transmission facilities that are included in the rate base of a public utility and on which a regulated return is earned. Merchant Transmission Provider:

  • means of distance communication refers to any means which, without the simultaneous physical presence of the payment service provider and the payment service user, may be used for the conclusion of a payment services contract;

  • Communications channel means a physical or virtual path of communications over which signals are transmitted between or among customer channel termination points.

  • Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities means all Interconnection Facilities that are not Customer Interconnection Facilities and that, after the transfer under Tariff, Attachment P, Appendix 2, section 5.5 to the Interconnected Transmission Owner of title to any Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities that the Interconnection Customer constructed, are owned, controlled, operated and maintained by the Interconnected Transmission Owner on the Interconnected Transmission Owner’s side of the Point of Interconnection identified in appendices to the Interconnection Service Agreement and to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, including any modifications, additions or upgrades made to such facilities and equipment, that are necessary to physically and electrically interconnect the Customer Facility with the Transmission System or interconnected distribution facilities. Transmission Provider: The “Transmission Provider” shall be the Office of the Interconnection for all purposes, provided that the Transmission Owners will have the responsibility for the following specified activities:

  • Testing-the-Waters Communication means any oral or written communication with potential investors undertaken in reliance on Section 5(d) of the Securities Act.

  • Telecommunications Equipment means equipment, other than Customer Premises Equipment, used by a Carrier to provide Telecommunications Services, and include software integral to such equipment, including upgrades.

  • Telecommunications Carrier is As Defined in the Act.
