Wireless Entertainment definition

Wireless Entertainment means Gogo’s wireless distribution of Video Content to passengers on Retrofit A/C as described in Exhibit L.

  • Upon any termination, the Parties will use commercially reasonable efforts and work together in good faith to develop a reasonable plan for the wind down of the Program, the provision of the Connectivity Services, [***] and Wireless Entertainment on Retrofit A/C and the removal of the Equipment, in each case, to the extent of such termination; provided that, in no event will Gogo cease providing Gogo Services prior to the successful development of and mutual agreement regarding such wind-down plan.

  • These instructions will be provided so that American can fly the Retrofit A/C with functioning Equipment but without offering the Connectivity Services, [***] and Wireless Entertainment at any time should American’s flight crew so deem necessary.

  • Payment by American for Wireless Entertainment, [***], User Connectivity Sessions, AA Subscriptions, Passenger Grade data and data for any Other Airline Business Application, and any Gogo Services, Portal Management Fees or other fees set forth on Exhibit D for which payment terms are not expressly specified elsewhere in this Agreement shall be made net [***] from the date of American’s receipt of Gogo’s invoice therefor, which date shall be noted thereon.

  • Any and all revenue from Wireless Entertainment and [***] collected by Gogo from Users will be calculated on a [***]basis and paid to American within [***] of the end of the [***] in which Gogo collected such revenue.

  • Entertainment generally means the attendance by you and your hosts or guests at a meal, sporting event, theater production, or comparable event and also might include travel to, or accommodation expenses at, a conference or an out-of-town event.

  • Sexually oriented entertainer means a person who while in a state of seminudity appears at or performs:

  • Women Business Enterprise (WBE) as used in this policy means a business enterprise that meets all of the following criteria:

  • minority business enterprise means any small contractor or supplier of materials fifty-one percent or more of the capital stock, if any, or assets of which is owned by a person or persons: (1) who are active in the daily affairs of the enterprise, (2) who have the power to direct the management and policies of the enterprise, and (3) who are members of a minority, as such term is defined in subsection (a) of Connecticut General Statutes § 32-9n; and

  • broadcasting service means a radiocommunication service in which the transmissions are intended for direct reception by the general public. This service may include sound transmissions, television transmissions or other types of transmission.
