Wireless facility means equipment at a fixed location that enables wireless communications
Applicable Permit means the Kansas Water Pollution Control and National Pollution Discharge Elimination System Stormwater Runoff from Construction Activities General Permit or a project specific stormwater permit issued to KDOT.
Business Facility means any real property including the land, the improvements thereon, the groundwater thereunder and the surface water thereon, that is or at any time has been owned, operated occupied, controlled or leased by the Company or any Subsidiary in connection with the operation of its business.
LNG facility means a terminal which is used for the liquefaction of natural gas or the importation, offloading, and re-gasification of LNG, and includes ancillary services and temporary storage necessary for the re-gasification process and subsequent delivery to the transmission system, but does not include any part of LNG terminals used for storage;
Micro wireless facility means a small cell facility that is not larger in dimension than 24 inches in length, 15 inches in width, and 12 inches in height and that has an exterior antenna, if any, not longer than 11 inches.
Facility Site means the site described in Schedule B. “FERC” means the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.
Building Permit means a permit for the construction of one or more Units, issued by the City, or other public agency in the event the City no longer issues said permits for the construction of Units within CFD No. 11. For purposes of this definition, "Building Permits" shall not include permits for construction or installation of commercial/industrial structures, parking structures, retaining walls, and utility improvements not intended for human habitation.
Energy facility means an energy plant or transmission
Stand Alone System Upgrade Facilities means System Upgrade Facilities that a Developer may construct without affecting day-to-day operations of the New York State Transmission System during their construction. NYISO, the Connecting Transmission Owner and the Developer must agree as to what constitutes Stand Alone System Upgrade Facilities and identify them in Appendix A to this Agreement.
Permitted Facility means a facility authorized by the general permit to discharge total nitrogen or
approved facility means any private practice, hospital, clinic or other health facility in Namibia defined in section 1 of the Hospitals and Health Facilities Act, 1994 (Act No. 36 of 1994), approved by the Council for the purpose of the training of hearing aid acoustics interns, and “facility” has a corresponding meaning;
Existing Facility means a facility in existence on any given date, newly constructed or altered.
Required Facility Lenders means, with respect to any Facility on any date of determination, Lenders having more than 50% of the sum of (i) the outstanding Loans under such Facility and (ii) the aggregate unused Commitments under such Facility; provided that, to the same extent set forth in Section 10.07(h) with respect to determination of Required Lenders, the Loans of any Affiliated Lender shall in each case be excluded for purposes of making a determination of Required Facility Lenders.
Operating Permit means a permit issued pursuant to section 10 of this local law. The term “Operating Permit” shall also include an Operating Permit which is renewed, amended or extended pursuant to any provision of this local law.
Underground facility means any item which shall be buried or placed below ground for use in connection with the storage or conveyance of water, sewage, electronic, telephone or telegraphic communications, electric energy, oil, gas or other substances, and shall include, but not be limited to pipes, sewers, conduits, cables, valves, lines, wires, manholes, attachments and those portions of poles and their attachments below ground.

Off-site facility means a structural BMP located outside the subject property boundary described in the permit application for land development activity.
Ancillary Facility means any ancillary facility made available by an Ancillary Lender in accordance with Clause 6 (Ancillary Facilities).
Utility facility means any pipe, pipeline, duct, wire line, conduit, pole, tower, equipment or other structure used for one of the following:

Applicable Permits means all clearances, licences, permits, authorisations, no objection certificates, consents, approvals and exemptions required to be obtained or maintained under Applicable Laws in connection with the construction, operation and maintenance of the Project during the subsistence of this Agreement;
Existing Facility Agreement has the meaning specified therefor in the recitals hereto.
Ancillary Facilities means all facilities ancillary to the Temporary Casino or the Melbourne Casino identified in the Melbourne Casino Complex Development Proposals or the Temporary Casino Complex Development Proposals (as the case may be) to be constructed on or located within the Temporary Casino Site or the Site, including an hotel, restaurant, retail, recreation, entertainment and carparking facilities, residential and office accommodation, staff facilities, staff carparking, coach storage facilities and open space areas;
Required Facility Documents means all licenses, permits, authorizations, and agreements, including a Generation Interconnection Agreement or equivalent, necessary for construction, operation, and maintenance of the Facility consistent with the terms of this Agreement, including without limitation those set forth in Exhibit C.
Small wireless facility means a wireless facility that meets both of the following qualifications:
