Wireless facility permit definition

Wireless facility permit means a permit issued under this chapter authorizing the installation, operation and maintenance of a personal wireless telecommunications facility. Except as otherwise provided by this chapter, the procedures for the application for, approval of, and revocation of such a permit shall be those required by this title (including, but not limited to, those of Section 17.62.060) for a conditional use permit.
Wireless facility permit is defined in Section 6.2.
Wireless facility permit means a permit issued under this Section authorizing the installation, operation, and maintenance of a Personal Wireless Telecommunication Faciltiy including, without limitations, Small Cell Antennas, Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) and Wi-Fi antennas. Except as otherwise provided for in this Section, the procedures for the application, approval and revocation of a right-of-way permit shall be those provided for in Section 5.37 of the Hickory Hills Municipal Code.
