Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, the failure by the Trustee to deliver a Total Non-Payment Notice as provided herein shall not release the Standby Purchaser of its obligations to pay the Total Non-Payment Amount With Interest in the manner set forth in this Section 3(a).
All amounts payable by the Standby Purchaser hereunder in respect of any Total Non-Payment Amount With Interest shall be payable in U.S. dollars and in immediately available funds to the Trustee at the account specified in Section 12 below, or to such other account as may be specified by the Trustee in the applicable Total Non-Payment Notice.
