Prior to the Final Withdrawal Date, no transfer or exchange of any Applicable Certificate shall be permitted unless the corresponding Escrow Receipt is attached thereto and also is so transferred or exchanged.
Such notice shall be mailed not less than 15 days prior to the Final Withdrawal Date.
By the Withdrawal Date in each calendar month, the Master Servicer shall (a) withdraw from the Servicing Account all amounts on deposit therein pursuant to clauses (i) and (ii) above (other than amounts attributable to a Principal Prepayment in Full) and (b) deposit such amounts in the Collection Account.

Funds held in the Custodial Account for P&I and the Custodial Account for Reserves may, at the Master Servicer's option, be invested in (i) one or more Eligible Investments which shall in no event mature later than the Business Day prior to the related Withdrawal Date (except if such Eligible Investments are obligations of the Trustee, such Eligible Investments may mature on the Withdrawal Date), or (ii) such other instruments as shall be required to maintain the Ratings.
