Withdrawal Date definition

Withdrawal Date. Any day during the period commencing on the 18th day of the month of the related Distribution Date (or if such day is not a Business Day, the immediately preceding Business Day) and ending on the last Business Day prior to the 21st day of the month of such Distribution Date. The “related Due Date” for any Withdrawal Date is the Due Date immediately preceding the related Distribution Date.
Withdrawal Date. The 18th day of each month, or if such day is not a Business Day, the next preceding Business Day.
Withdrawal Date means the date of the Withdrawal from the Partnership of a Withdrawn Partner.

  • Prior to the Final Withdrawal Date, no transfer or exchange of any Applicable Certificate shall be permitted unless the corresponding Escrow Receipt is attached thereto and also is so transferred or exchanged.
