Withdrawal Period definition

Withdrawal Period has the meaning specified in Section 10.23(b).
Withdrawal Period means the five- (5-) year period beginning on the date a Withdrawal Notice is received by the Bank.
Withdrawal Period is defined in subsection 10.7(b).

  • Commitments to purchase LROs made after expiration of the Withdrawal Period, if any, are irrevocable when authorized and may not be withdrawn.

  • During the Withdrawal Period, the Member shall be entitled to dividends, voting rights, and other membership rights commensurate with continuing stock ownership.

More Definitions of Withdrawal Period

Withdrawal Period shall have the meaning provided in Section 13.04(d).
