Withdrawal Offer means an offer that the Responsible Entity intends to make from time to time, at approximately four-year intervals from the date
Withdrawal Offer means a withdrawal offer made by the Responsible Entity in accordance with sections 601KB-601KE of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).

  • Following notification pursuant to paragraph 8.3.1, National Grid NTS shall submit a Withdrawal Offer on behalf of the Withdrawal User by the Withdrawal Deadline for the relevant Auction.

  • A Member may withdraw from the Trust in accordance with the terms of any current Withdrawal Offer.

  • These terms and conditions will be communicated to Investors at the time of the Limited Withdrawal Offer.Limited Withdrawal Offers may be advised to Investors by any means as determined by the Responsible Entity, including by publishing the Limited Withdrawal Offer on the Fund website or including informationin the Fund’s quarterly update.

  • If the Responsible Entity has established a minimum number of Units for which an application can be made or a minimum number of Units which must be held at any time, then the Responsible Entity may treat a withdrawal request (including acceptance of a Withdrawal Offer), which if accepted, would lead a Member to hold fewer Units than that minimum number, as a request for the withdrawal of all that Member’s Units.
