Withdrawal Option definition

Withdrawal Option means the withdrawal payment method selected by the Participant or Beneficiary from an Account.
Withdrawal Option means the option of a Tax Equity Investor to require the related Managing Member to acquire the interest of such Tax Equity Investor in a Tax Equity Opco.
Withdrawal Option means, with respect to the [***] Tenant Project Company LLCA, the right of the Tax Equity Investor Member to resign and voluntarily withdraw from [***] Tenant Project Company during the nine months following the expiration of the [***] Purchase Option Period.

Withdrawal Option means the option of a Tax Equity Investor to require the related Managing Member to acquire the interest of such Tax Equity Investor in a Tax Equity Opco. “Withholding Agent” means the Administrative Agent or the Borrower. “Write-Down and Conversion Powers” means, (a) with respect to any EEA Resolution Authority, the write-down and conversion powers of such EEA Resolution Authority from time to time under the Bail-In Legislation for the applicable EEA Member Country, which write-down and conversion powers are described in the EU Bail-In Legislation Schedule, and (b) with respect to the United Kingdom, any powers of the applicable Resolution Authority under the Bail-In Legislation to cancel, reduce, modify or change the form of a liability of any UK Financial Institution or any contract or instrument under which that liability arises, to convert all or part of that liability into shares, securities or obligations of that person or any other person, to provide that any such contract or instrument is to have effect as if a right had been exercised under it or to suspend any obligation in respect of that liability or any of the powers under that Bail-In Legislation that are related to or ancillary to any of those powers.

  • Withdrawal Notice shall have the meaning given in Section 2.1.6.

  • Termination Option Event means an event of a kind defined as such in Section 4.1, 4.2 or 4.8.

  • Transmission Withdrawal Rights means Firm Transmission Withdrawal Rights and Non- Firm Transmission Withdrawal Rights.

  • Conversion Option means the Company’s option to convert some or all of the Series D Preferred Stock into that number of shares of Common Stock that are issuable at the then-applicable conversion rate as described in Section 8(c) of these Articles Supplementary.

  • Option Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 5.2(a).

  • Investment Option means any of the guaranteed investments and variable investment funds available under the Plan.
