Withdrawn Credit Balance definition

Withdrawn Credit Balance means the amounts of the Credit withdrawn from the Credit Account and outstanding from time to time.
Withdrawn Credit Balance means the amounts of Credit A or Credit B (each as defined in the Financing Agreement), as applicable, withdrawn from the relevant Credit Account and outstanding from time to time.”

Examples of Withdrawn Credit Balance in a sentence

  • The Service Charge payable by the Recipient on the Withdrawn Credit Balance shall be equal to three-fourths of one percent (3/4 of 1%) per annum.

  • The Recipient shall pay the Association a service charge on the Withdrawn Credit Balance at the rate specified in the Financing Agreement.

  • The Service Charge is three-fourths of one percent (3/4 of 1%) per annum on the Withdrawn Credit Balance.

  • Upon any such declaration, such Withdrawn Credit Balance and Financing Payments shall become immediately due and payable.

  • The Withdrawn Credit Balance repayable shall be the equivalent (determined as of the date, or the respective dates, of repayment) of the value of the Currency or Currencies withdrawn from the Credit Account expressed in terms of Special Drawing Rights as of the respective dates of withdrawal.

  • If any of the events specified in paragraphs (a) through (f) of this Section occurs and continues for the period specified (if any), then at any subsequent time during the continuance of the event, the Association may, by notice to the Recipient, declare all or part of the Withdrawn Credit Balance as at the date of such notice to be due and payable immediately together with any other Financing Payments due under the Financing Agreement or these General Conditions.

  • Alternatively, if so requested by the Recipient, the Association may revise the terms specified in sub-paragraph (ii) of this paragraph to include, in lieu of some or all of the increase in the amounts of such installments, the payment of interest at an annual rate agreed with the Association on the Withdrawn Credit Balance; provided that, in the judgment of the Association, such revision shall not change the grant element provided under such terms.

Related to Withdrawn Credit Balance

  • Credit Balance means the funds remaining and due to a Student after such Student’s loans and other financial aid remittances, including but not limited to Title IV Higher Education Act program funds, have been credited to the Student’s account at School.

  • Asset Balance means, for any Payment Date, the Pool Balance as of the beginning of the current Collection Period.

  • Account Balance means, with respect to a Participant, an entry on the records of the Employer equal to the sum of (i) the Deferral Account balance, (ii) the Company Contribution Account balance, and (iii) the Company Restoration Matching Account balance. The Account Balance shall be a bookkeeping entry only and shall be utilized solely as a device for the measurement and determination of the amounts to be paid to a Participant, or his or her designated Beneficiary, pursuant to this Plan.

  • Aggregate Loan Balance At any date of determination, the outstanding principal balance of the Mortgage Loans serviced hereunder.

  • Class C Reserve Account Percentage means, (i) zero, if the Quarterly Excess Available Funds Percentage on such Transfer Date is greater than or equal to 4.50%, (ii) 1.25%, if the Quarterly Excess Available Funds Percentage on such Transfer Date is less than 4.50% and greater than or equal to 4.00%, (iii) 2.00%, if the Quarterly Excess Available Funds Percentage on such Transfer Date is less than 4.00% and greater than or equal to 3.50%, (iv) 2.75%, if the Quarterly Excess Available Funds Percentage is less than 3.50% and greater than or equal to 3.00%, (v) 3.50%, if the Quarterly Excess Available Funds Percentage on such Transfer Date is less than 3.00% and greater than or equal to 2.50%, (vi) 4.50%, if the Quarterly Excess Available Funds Percentage is less than 2.50% and greater than or equal to 2.00%, and (vii) 6.00%, if the Quarterly Excess Available Funds Percentage on such Transfer Date is less than 2.00%.

  • Specified Spread Account Balance means on the Closing Date, % of the sum of the Pool Balance as of the [Initial] Cutoff Date and on any Payment Date thereafter the lesser of, (a) % of the [sum of (i) the] Pool Balance as of the [Initial] Cutoff Date [plus (ii) the aggregate Contract Value of all Subsequent Receivables sold to the Trust as of their respective Cutoff Dates] and (b) the outstanding principal amount of the Notes. In addition to the ability to amend the “Specified Spread Account Balance” definition pursuant to Section 9.1(a) of the Indenture, the Specified Spread Account Balance may also be reduced or modified without the consent of the Holders of the Notes if the Rating Agency Condition is satisfied with respect to such reduction or modification.

  • Principal Funding Account Balance means, with respect to any date of determination during the Controlled Accumulation Period, the principal amount, if any, on deposit in the Principal Funding Account on such date of determination.

  • Target Balance has the meaning set forth in Section 6.1I(1) hereof.

  • New Balance This means the total outstanding balance on your account. It will be listed on each statement as the “New Balance”.

  • Fund balance is the value of the Accumulation Fund, determined pursuant to Section 1.4.

  • Credit Support Balance means, with respect to a Transferor on a Valuation Date, the aggregate of all Eligible Credit Support that has been transferred to or received by the Transferee under this Annex, together with any Distributions and all proceeds of any such Eligible Credit Support or Distributions, as reduced pursuant to Paragraph 2(b), Paragraph 3(c)(ii) or Paragraph 6. Any Equivalent Distributions or Interest Amount (or portion of either) not transferred pursuant to Paragraph 5(c)(i) or (ii) will form part of the Credit Support Balance.

  • Net advance amount means the gross advance amount less the aggregate amount of the actual and estimated transfer expenses required to be disclosed under section 3(e).
