Without Advance Notice. Apart from applicable overtime rules, unit members who are, without any advance notice, called back when off-duty and required to report for duty at the work site, shall receive a premium of two (2) hours pay at the regular hourly rate in addition to appropriate compensation for the time actually worked. However, if the time so worked runs into the unit member's regular scheduled work day, the two hour premium shall not be payable.
