WMS 401(k) Plan definition
WMS 401(k) Plan means the Windermere Mortgage Services Series LLC 401(k) Savings Plan and Trust. The WMS 401(k) Plan was known as the Windermere Mortgage Services LLC 401(k) Savings Plan and Trust from January 1, 2004 through April 30, 2005. Prior to January 1, 2004, the WMS 401(k) Plan was known as the Windermere Mortgage Services LLCs 401 (k) Savings Plan and Trust.
