Case file means a record that is assembled and maintained for each application approved for state cost sharing.
Data File means a single record or collection of data records that are logically related to each other, and are handled as a unit;
Lease File means, for each Lease, the Collateral Lease File applicable to such Lease.
Deliverables means the goods, services, and work product, including all reports and project documentation, required to be provided by Grantee to the System Agency.
Personnel file means, for the purposes of Part III (8VAC20-90-60 et seq.), any and all memoranda, entries or other documents included in the teacher's file as maintained in the central school administration office or in any file regarding the teacher maintained within a school in which the teacher serves.
Contract File means with respect to each Contract, the physical and/or electronic files in which Credit Acceptance maintains the fully executed original counterpart or “authoritative copy” (in each case, for UCC purposes) of the Contract (to the extent required in accordance with Section 3.03 of this Agreement), either a standard assurance in the form commonly used in the industry relating to the provision of a certificate of title or other evidence of lien, the original or electronic instruments modifying the terms and conditions of such Contract and the original or electronic endorsements or assignments of such Contract.
Work package means a major sub-division of the proposed project.
Contractor Software means software which is proprietary to the Contractor, including software which is or will be used by the Contractor for the purposes of providing the Services.
Master File has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.
Third-party filer means an entity that submits a Product filing to the Commission on behalf of an Insurer.
Program Materials means the documents and information provided by the Program Administrator specifying the qualifying EEMs, technology requirements, costs and other Program requirements, which include, without limitation, program guidelines and requirements, application forms and approval letters.
CMSA Property File means a report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the "Property File" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CMSA for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.
Custodial File Any mortgage loan document in the Mortgage File that is required to be delivered to the Trustee or Custodian pursuant to Section 2.01(b) of this Agreement.
Asset File shall have the meaning assigned thereto in the Custodial Agreement.
Servicing File The items pertaining to a particular Mortgage Loan including, but not limited to, the computer files, data disks, books, records, data tapes, notes, and all additional documents generated as a result of or utilized in originating and/or servicing each Mortgage Loan, which are held in trust for the Trustee by the Servicer.
CREFC® Property File The data file in the “CREFC® Property File” format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.
Electronic File means any text, illustration or other matter supplied or produced by either Party in digitised form on disc, through a modem, or by ISDN or any other communication link.
technical specification means a document that prescribes technical requirements to be fulfilled by a product, process or service;
The Specification means the Specification annexed to or issued with G.T.C.C. and shall include the schedules & drawings attached thereto as well as all samples and pattern, if any.
Contract Data means any information provided in the tender document and agreed to by the Bidder.
Client Records has the meaning set forth in Section 3.14.
Background Materials means all Intellectual Property Rights, know-how, information, methodologies, techniques, tools, schemata, diagrams, ways of doing business, trade secrets, instructions manuals and procedures (including, but not limited, to software, documentation, and data of whatever nature and in whatever media) owned, developed or controlled by the Supplier which may have been created outside the scope, or independently of, the Services and/or this Agreement, and including all updates, modifications, derivatives or future developments thereof. Business Day: a day other than a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday in England when banks in London are open for business. Business Systems: the information technology and communication systems, including networks, hardware, software and interfaces owned by, or licensed to, the Customers or any of its agents or contractors.
Project Deliverables means the Project deliverables set out in Schedule 2. Project Material means all the material including but not limited to documents, computer software, and data stored by any means which is created by the Fellow in the course of undertaking the Project.
Receivable File means the documents (whether tangible or electronic) specified in Section 2.02 pertaining to a particular Receivable.
Study Materials means all the materials and information created for the Study, or required to be submitted to the Sponsor including all data, results, Biological Samples, Case Report Forms (or their equivalent) in whatever form held, conclusions, discoveries, inventions, know-how and the like, whether patentable or not, relating to the Study, which are discovered or developed as a result of the Study, but excluding the Institution’s ordinary patient records.
Training Materials means any and all materials, documentation, notebooks, forms, diagrams, manuals and other written materials and tangible objects, describing how to maintain the Facilities, including any corrections, improvements and enhancements thereto to the Bloom Systems which are delivered by Operator to Owner, but excluding any data and reports delivered to Owner.
