Work Items definition

Work Items the separate activities that form part of the Service as more particularly described in Part A of Schedule 1 under the headings: Acceptance, Investigation, Negotiation and Closure.
Work Items any drawing, specification, instruction, software, or any other document provided by one Party to the other for the performance of Services, including the Deliverable items.

  • Punchlist Items means any items necessary at the time of the issuance of a temporary certificate of occupancy to complete fully the renovation of the Project Facilities in accordance with the Plans and Specifications for the Project Facilities, or required for the issuance of a final certificate of occupancy or its equivalent.

  • Construction Works means all works and things necessary to complete the Project in accordance with this Agreement;

  • Erection, construction, remodeling, repairing means all types of work done on a particular building or work at the site thereof in the construction or development of the project, including without limitation, erecting, construction, remodeling, repairing, altering, painting, and decorating, the transporting of materials and supplies to or from the building or work done by the employees of the Contractor, Subcontractor, or Agent thereof, and the manufacturing or furnishing of
