Work Order Effective Date definition

Work Order Effective Date is defined in the relevant Work Order.

Work Order Effective Date means the date an individual Work order is fully executed and the date the Work Order is in full force and effect.

Examples of Work Order Effective Date in a sentence

• The contract shall come into effect on the date of issue of Work Order (Effective Date) and shall remain valid until the completion of the obligations of the parties under the contract.

• This Agreement shall become effective on the Work Order Effective Date and shall remain in force until completion of the Services under this Work Order, unless earlier terminated under the terms of the Master Agreement.

• The Agreement shall come into effect on the date of issue of Work Order (Effective Date).

• AT&T Mobility shall be responsible for other voice and data charges, including delivering voice and data to Supplier’ data center hub(s), bandwidth exceeding Supplier’ standards in existence as of the Work Order Effective Date, and any dedicated security equipment required by AT&T Mobility.

• Unless otherwise specified in a Work Order, Work shall commence upon the Work Order Effective Date.

• Work Order Effective Date: A Work Order and the obligations therein will be effective on the date MnDOT obtains all required signatures under Minnesota Statutes, section 16C.05, subdivision 2.

• This Work Order will be effective upon the Work Order Effective Date and will have an Expiration Date that is [*] from the Work Order Effective Date, 2016.
