Work Papers definition

Work Papers means all notes, analyses, compilations, forecasts, data, studies, interpretations, or other documents prepared by, on behalf of or for the benefit of, the Receiving Party that contain, reflect, summarize, analyze, discuss or review any Confidential Information.
Work Papers means records kept by the independent cer- tified public accountant of the procedures followed, the tests per- formed, the information obtained, and the conclusions reached pertinent to the independent certified public accountant’s exami- nation of the financial statements of an insurer. “Work papers” include, but are not limited to, audit planning documentation, audit guides, work programs, analyses, memoranda, letters of confirmation and representation, abstracts of company docu- ments and schedules or commentaries prepared or obtained by the independent certified public accountant in the course of examina- tion of the financial statements of an insurer or which support the opinion of the independent certified public accountant regarding the financial statements.
Work Papers means the records kept by an independent certified public accountant of the procedures followed, the tests performed, the information obtained, and the conclusions reached pertinent to his or her audit of the financial statements of a captive insurance company. Work papers may include audit planning documentation, work programs, analyses, memoranda, letters of confirmation and representations, abstracts of company documents, and schedules of commentaries prepared or obtained by the independent certified public accountant in the course of his or her audit of the financial statements of a captive insurance company and, which supports his or her opinion thereof.

  • Recipient agrees that SLATE shall have the right to demand at any time the immediate destruction or return of Confidential Information, excluding Work Papers, and any and all copies thereof in possession of Recipient, and Recipient shall forthwith return or destroy the same.

More Definitions of Work Papers

Work Papers means those internal memoranda and working notes prepared by Consultant during the course of performing Services hereunder that serve to substantiate the Services and/or any Deliverables. The Work Papers shall be subject to the obligations set forth in Clause 12.
